02/Project overview
TailsWatch connects a physical QR pet tag with a digital pet profile. Owners buy a tag, link it to their pet, and maintain a subscription. If a pet gets lost, someone who scans the tag can view the pet’s profile and contact the owner while the subscription is active. I created the complete brand identity and built the SaaS platform, bringing ecommerce and pet safety into one connected service.
A pet-safety service has to connect several very different moments: purchasing a physical tag, linking it to the right pet, managing a subscription, and helping a stranger reach the owner when a pet is lost. Those steps needed to work as one understandable experience, with the active-subscription requirement clear throughout.
I developed the brand identity and complete SaaS platform around the journey from tag purchase to profile setup and QR scanning. The ecommerce experience supports the physical tag, while the platform connects it to a pet profile. With an active subscription, scanning the tag displays that profile and provides a way to contact the owner.
