My Retire Score presents retirement-planning information through a guided digital assessment. The design focuses on making unfamiliar inputs easier to navigate and the resulting score easier to interpret. It is an example of how thoughtful fintech UX can support understanding when a product asks users to work with complex information.
Financial assessments involve unfamiliar language and multiple inputs. A dense form or unexplained score can leave users unsure how to proceed. The interface needed a clear sequence, useful context, and a results view that explained what users were looking at.
The assessment is divided into focused questions, with supporting detail introduced where it is relevant. A visual dashboard brings the score and its explanation together. Consistent interface patterns connect the input and results screens so the journey feels coherent from start to finish.
